Samsung Galaxy Tab 2010 Teaser

A Teaser for Samsung’s new Galaxy Tab. It looks pretty sleek and sexy but we’ll see more when they show it at IFA next thursday (Sept 2nd). A few things I like: -Android 2.2 (Froyo) out of the box- Gingerbread coming Oct-Dec -7″ screen- the size looks pretty comfortable and AMOLED is impressive -3.2mp Camera and front facing one -The full google suite of software is available and I’m just starting to get used to goggles, voice etc -Full web browsing experience including Flash 10.1 -I’m speculating that the Humming bird processor will be bundled with a similar albeit more powerful version of the graphics unit in the Galaxy S- which is the best in a mobile at the moment bar none. A few downsides: -That keyboard colour looks too much like an iPad’s- I’m kinda disappointed at the effort shown there. -The screen appears to be regular AMOLED which, while pretty doesn’t hold up as well in sunlight or address other issues as well as super AMOLED -Rumoured resolution is a bit disappointing -Amoled is expensive so I’m unsure about the price point -Can’t decide between this and Notion Ink’s Android Adam which is supposed ot be coming soon. Special thanks to Apple for kick starting the neo-tablet revolution Special thanks to Samsung for firing the return shot to get this thing started. Please leave uber-fanboyism out of the comments- as a consumer any strides made means there is incentive for competition to innovate and you get a better overall product.
