I thought news was drying up, and then we’ve been hit with lots of goodies over the past couple of days. *** Transcript Hey guys, David here from nintendo 3ds blog with yet another quick video. I mentioned recently that for the first time in 16 years Nintendo would be an exhibitor at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas early next year. This information came in a press release, directly from the folks organising the event. But it turns out they were wrong. Nintendo will be at CES. But not as an exhibitor. They’re renting “meeting rooms” which I imagine will be for talking with certain members of the press. But the 3DS won’t be on public display and there probably won’t be as much awesome news as I expected there would be. Still, there’s the public demonstration in Japan that should bring us lots of goodies. And for all you Canadian viewers out there, you might be happy to hear that you can now preorder the Nintendo 3DS at GameStop and EB Games retailers throughout Canada. What’s interesting is that the preorder listing sets the 3DS release date as the 20th of March 2011, which is a Sunday, and the price at $299 CAD. It’s probably not genuine information, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Anyways, that’s it for now. So I’ll talk to you later.
