This video without background may not make sense but as you will see, my mother and I had just left a gas station and were headed to the police station we thought the jurisdiction was in, we were pulled over by a very nice, respectful officer from Woodbury Heights Police. But then the Woodbury City Police showed up and took the level of drama to a ten. The real problem is that the officer lied and told me that the gas station had video and he watched it so I was totally not worried ….at first, until he started putting words in my mouth and issued me a ticket for assault. I was not only shocked but I called him on the truth of the gas station video and made him admit he hadn’t in fact watched anything. It did not exist…and the 5 witnesses he said told him I was guilty have vanished ,..only 2 were eventually claimed on the police report and only one of their information was available….prob. a friend of the gas attendant. He absolutely refused to acknowledge my mother trying to make a statement…Ignores the Heights officer whom told him my mother said she was assaulted and by doing so he breaks the law and commits misconduct. The later filed police report insists for some odd reason that My mom did not report to him that she had been assaulted…..hey rocket scientist….how often do you put in a police report what someone does not say? Idiot! Ive contacted the ACLU and charges have been filed against the officer and the officer that assaulted me by getting in my face …
